When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). When you use Pavelo to build apps, we store your prompts, generated code, and app data on secure AWS infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Pavelo platform
  • Process your AI generation requests
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Improve our AI generation capabilities

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including RDS for databases, S3 for file storage, and CloudFront for content delivery. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI generation. Your prompts are sent to generate app code.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. We do not store credit card information.
  • Google — OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Google).
  • Amazon Web Services — Infrastructure and hosting.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Export your app code via GitHub
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
